NOTICE is hereby given that the 75th Annual General Meeting of Chipstead Residents' Association will be held at 8pm on Tuesday, 27th April 2021, via Zoom.

Retirement developer McCarthy Stone, has donated a life-saving defibrillator to Woodmansterne Primary School along with £150 donation for the school library, after children at the school produced a gallery of art works to brighten-up the hoardings on the site of the new Goldfinch House Retirement Living development on Outwood Lane in Chipstead.

Outwood Lane will be closed outside the McCarthy & Stone construction site for 4 weeks commencing 1 March 2021.
