Developers McCarthy & Stone are closing Outwood Lane in both directions for a short distance adjacent to their new development on the corner of Outwood Lane and Chipstead Way.

This is to enable completion of a sewer connection, highway works and mains water connection to the existing services under the road 

The closure is planned to last for 4 weeks. The original start date of Monday 28^th September has been postponed as Surrey CC is reviewing it. A map showing the signage plans and the diversion routes that will be in place can be viewed here. The closure site is shown in red.
