 18/02583/F - Cornerways, Smugglers, Mountfield & 266 Chipstead Way Woodmansterne - Revised application for increase in the number of apartments - demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment to form 28 Retirement Living Apartments for older persons including communal facilities and associated parking, landscaping and new access.

 This is a revised application to increase the number of apartments on site from 25 to 28.  No increase is proposed to the car parking provision – it remains at 18.  Objections have been submitted on the grounds of impact on the neighbouring property, even with “appropriate noise barriers”, the average daily vehicle movements increase from 39 to 44 with a maximum case scenario of 83 and challenging the applicability of the claim that “new residents tend to give up their cars” to this site and therefore there is insufficient parking provision.

 19/00270/HHOLD - Sundial Cottage 6 Bouverie Road Chipstead - Demolition of single storey garage and storage area. Replaced with single storey side and rear extensions with integral garage and side first floor extension  Validated 20/2/19. No comments.

19/00273/ADV - Former Mountfield, Smugglers, Cornerways Outwood Lane & 266 Chipstead Way Chipstead - 2.4m Hoarding 4 x Stack Board Sets with Flags         Application for site hoarding and flags for approved redevelopment of the site. No comments

19/00316/S73 - The Willows High Road Chipstead Coulsdon Surrey - Erection of replacement dwelling. Variation of condition 1 of permission 18/02241/F. Amendment to approved plans. Amendment to previously approved application to amend the approved drawings. No comments.

 19/00308/TPO - Middleshaws Walpole Avenue Chipstead Coulsdon Surrey - Western boundary crown lift mixed species to 5m above highway No comments. Tree works.

 19/00254/HHOLD - Sunny Acre Doghurst Lane Chipstead - Erection of detached 2 bay double oak framed garage. Application similar to previously refused application with the exception that the proposed barn has been moved .9m further from the boundary. Objections remain.

 19/00240/F - Land Parcel South West Of Reeves Rest High Road Chipstead - Conversion of rural building into a single residential unit   Replica application with some additional/clarification of information. Maintained comments as per the previous application ref 18/01385/F

 19/00184/HHOLD - 4 Yew Tree Close Chipstead - Two storey side and rear extension            Validated. Design statement confirms the proposals have not met with any local objection from Yew Tree Close. Access for construction has been agreed to be from the rear therefore minimising the impact on residents. No objections.

 91/00841/VS106 - Woodlands Deer Farm How Lane Chipstead - Discharge of the Section 106 Agreement pursuant to RE91P/841/OUT and RE91P/841/1/RM Appeal withdrawn.

 18/02603/HHOLD – 9 Highwold Chipstead - First floor side extension and porch infill.

No objections.

 18/02621/HHOLD – 5 Court Hill Chipstead - Single storey side extension with extended first floor accommodation in the roof space plus external alterations following the partial demolition of an existing single storey side extension. The proposals also include a new raised path and patio to replace an existing raised patio on the south side of the house.

 18/02258/HHOLD – Jay Lo 3 Starrock Cottages High Road Chipstead – Ground floor infill and single storey rear extension, and 1st floor extension. 

Objections submitted on the size of the extension and the potential adverse impact on neighbouring attached dwellings.
