16/02887/F -  26 Chipstead Station Parade Chipstead Surrey CR5 3TF - 2 storey rear extension to provide conversion of existing basement into 2 bedroom flat, extension of existing office and existing kitchen to flat.  

Objections submitted.  This application is for the extension and conversion of the basement storage area into a 2 bed flat, removal of trees in the garden area and conversion of the garden area to accommodate 3 parking spaces - awaiting decision.

16/03016/HHOLD -  2 Mead Cottages Outwood Lane Chipstead Surrey CR5 3NG - A two storey extension at the rear of the house, between the existing rear wall and the side return. A single storey porch and extended lounge at the front of the house following the conversion of an integral garage.

16/02912/OUT – Ashleigh High Road Chipstead – Demolition of 4 bed house single storey dwelling and erection of 6 x 2 bed block of maisonettes with associated parking for 6 cars

16/00780/OUT/AP – Ashleigh High Road Chipstead – Appeal to remove condition 6 of planning permission 16/00780 granted in May/June for demolition of existing dwelling and replacement with detached 5-bed dwelling.

Appeal in progress – awaiting decision.

Condition 6 covers access and visibility zones and requires that before the new dwelling can be occupied the vehicle access has to be constructed with the required and approved visibility spans and that these must be kept permanently clear of obstruction so that the development does not prejudice highway safety.  The appeal is seeking to remove this condition as the appellant considers it unnecessary.
